We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different colour or size (as long as it is the same price or lower).
We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and for hygienic reasons, all we ask is that items are returned clean, unused in the original packaging
Please note that items bought online are on Sale or the discounted price cannot be returned or refunded.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
We will let you know when we receive and approve your return.
Then we’ll issue a credit note or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange.
We cannot re-use or re-sell unsealed products, so as far as possible, please do not open a bottle if you see the wrong item has been shipped to you.
The correct item will be sent to you with verified proof of the wrong item being delivered.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within 14 days or store credit depending on the initial issue. Please note that the shipping method you use will influence how long it takes for us to receive the items. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.
- CARD PAYMENTS
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will credit your account and the refund will show on your bank statement after 3 working days.
We will refund your purchase in South African Rands.
Please send us your banking details as part of the information in your return/exchange request email. After your return has been processed and approved by us, we will do an EFT to the bank account details provided. Eft refunds can take up to 3 days depending on your bank – please note that we are unable to influence this.
