Mpepho (Helichrysum Odoratissimum) traditionally used for calming and soothing, sedative and relaxing properties, emotional uplifting, relieving stress and anxiety.
INGREDIENTS: Grapeseed, helichrysum Odoratissimum, Artemisia afra, vetiver, lavender, chamomile, mandarin.
HOW TO USE: Massage oil on your chest and back. For inhalation (steaming– put a few drops on boiling water and inhale, put drops on the handkerchief or tissue inhale or inhale directly from the bottle, burn in an oil burner.
